Terms & Conditions
* Gift certificates must be redeemed at g1gallery.com for the purchase of eligible products. Please call 928-717-1319 for more information.
* Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards.
* Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and or returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
* A gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to user's gift certificate account balance.
* Any unused balance will be placed in the user's gift certificate account. It cannot be transferred to other users.
* Gift certificates and their use are subject to the G1 Gallery general terms and conditions. G1 Gallery reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
* A gift certificate's cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
* G1 Gallery and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
* The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the user or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please contact our customer service specialist if you have questions.
* G1 Gallery retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website.
* G1 Gallery can provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
* All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
* How Digital Gift Certificates Work - After you've purchased your gift certificate, you'll receive a confirmation email with a gift code and redemption instructions. You can forward this directly to your recipient by email.
